Subject 23

The last test phase for Subject 23 showed promising results with favorable alterations in key landmarks. Unfortunately, lower extremities have been severely deformed and ability to locomote has been greatly hampered. Termination has been approved. Subject will be monitored for the next 36 hours should an anomaly occur.
